1. Reach Diligent Apply

For account access, onboarding, search results, credits or payments, email our support team with a short description. Email provides a written record and lets you include the relevant reference. Telephone is an additional contact channel; 24-hour telephone availability is not promised.

Published support hours: Monday–Friday, during standard business hours (IST). Messages can be emailed at any time. Statutory complaint deadlines are not limited to support opening hours.

2. Help us route your request

• Account or technical help: use the subject “Diligent Apply — Account help”. Describe what happened and when, with your account email and browser or device type if relevant.
• Payment, credits or refund: use “Diligent Apply — Payment or refund review”. Include your order or search reference, date, amount and transaction reference. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the distinction between credit restoration and a payment refund.
• Privacy, correction or account deletion: use “Diligent Apply — Privacy request”. Identify the request and relevant account. See the Privacy Policy for choices and retention.
• Suspicious or inaccurate hiring content: use “Diligent Apply — Content concern”. Include the source URL, the displayed item and why it needs review. If you are the affected person or rights holder, explain your connection.
• Security concern: use “Diligent Apply — Security concern”. Describe the issue without sending private records of other users or attempting further access.

Diligent Apply is a job-discovery service operated by Diligent Growth. Support for this product is separate from applying for an advertised vacancy or purchasing any other staffing service. We cannot accept an application on an employer’s behalf through this contact page.

4. Complaints and grievance escalation

If a support response has not resolved the issue, send your existing reference and the subject “Diligent Apply — Grievance escalation”. Tell us what remains unresolved and the outcome you seek.

Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and redressed within one month. If further information is needed, we will explain what is required and keep you informed; this does not extend any mandatory legal deadline. You may contact support using the details above while requesting escalation to the Grievance Officer.

We will communicate the outcome and any available next steps. Your right to approach a competent consumer forum, regulator or the National Consumer Helpline remains available.

5. Keep your message safe

Share only what is needed to investigate. Redact unrelated personal information from attachments. Do not email an OTP, password, UPI PIN, CVV, full card number or bank-login credentials. Do not attach a resume to a routine payment or technical complaint.

We do not ask you to pay a fee, scan a payment QR code or disclose a verification code to receive a refund. If you receive such a request using our name, stop and report it through the published contact details.
